Field Methods in Land Resource Science

SOIL 3610 is a 3 credit hour field course that provides students with training in field methods used in soil science and related sciences (hydrology, meteorology, ecology, geomorphology, and environmental science). Students will participate in a biophysical survey of a field site and in a study of the management, assessment and monitoring of land resources. Course location varies, but starting in 2019 will be held in Churchill, MB, every other year.

Prerequisite: SOIL 3600 or consent of instructor.
